What to do for our summer vacation?

Year after year I try to think of something fun to do with the boys.  Most years we are limited to where and when we can go because of my work.  For the first time, we are able to go on a lengthy vacation.  I talked to the kids and asked where they wanted to go....Like usual, Jagger wanted to go back to Fiji.  Well, I think it might go without saying, we couldn't go there again this year.  Taylor thought about it and came up with Hollywood.  I weighed in and wanted to travel drive through Utah again or either visit Hoover Dam.  After talking to Kolie about our options, we thought of taking a road trip.  How exciting; we all load up in the car and take a long road trip from Shreveport, LA to Los Angeles, CA and stop at all the exciting sights on the way.  I've been to several of the locations on our trip but I've never driven it and neither has anyone else in our family.

So, here we go....we are going to try to update each day on our trip.  We'll share our photos and all of the exciting adventures.
